MDPA Locums is a husband and wife medical team that has been doing independent Locum Tenens for the past ten years. The team consists of Dr. Dorothy Nemec, MD and Larry Rand, PA-C.

Dr Nemec is a Board Certified Nephrologist, and Board Certified Internist. Larry Rand is a Certified Physician Assistant with skills in both Primary Care and Surgery. At the present time we continue to do Locum Tenens practice and have recently completed a book on how to do Independent Locums.
